The Preston Health Center is an on-site, 49-bed, Medicare-certified facility offering progressive rehabilitative and long term care programs, short term recuperation, and respite services. The Center’s commitment to providing the conditions for comfort is evidenced by an excellent staff-to-member ratio and superior 24-hour care. Our team includes physicians, nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, a recreation specialist, a dietician, and physical, occupational and speech therapists. One neighborhood of the Preston Health Center is dedicated to Alzheimer’s care. Deluxe suites, private and semi-private rooms, outstanding dining, and diverse activities add a measure of gracious hospitality to outstanding care.
The Cypress Home Health Agency
Our licensed home health agency is dedicated to enhancing your independence by providing assistance with time-consuming, overwhelming tasks. A full-time Registered Nurse will manage your personal home care and a qualified, reliable team of Certified Nursing Assistants and LPN’s with deliver it. Our wide range of services include but are not limited to:
The Cypress Clinic
Located within the Preston Health Center, The Cypress Clinic is available to members of The Cypress. Designed as a convenience for members, the staff of this Medicare certified clinic will notify and work with members’ primary care physicians. Services include but are not limited to: routine treatments ordered by a Primary Care Physician or Specialist; treatment of general complaints, injections, suture removal, wound care and foot care. The clinic handles Medicare Part B and secondary insurance billing.
