One Monthly Fee entitles members to myriad conveniences and services for simplified, enjoyable, day-to-day concierge living.
- Maintenance of homes and all public spaces including walking paths, gardens and nature trails
- Transportation from the community to nearby grocery stores, banks, shopping centers doctors appointments, hospital, pharmacy, and churches; individual transportation by appointment
- Major Services (Housekeeping, Dining, and Security)
- Insurance* on your residence and all common areas
- Utilities – Electricity (except for cottage units), water, sewer, trash removal, and pest control for homes and community public spaces
- Assistance with Medicare
- Maintenance of homes and all public spaces including walking paths, gardens and nature trails;
- Transportation from the community to nearby grocery stores, banks, shopping centers and churches; individual transportation by appointment
- Automobile – Emergency starting, as well as washing services
- Mail – On-site services and mail forwarding upon request
(*owners are responsible for personal articles and liability).
Housekeeping Service
- Weekly housekeeping in your home.
- Weekly pick-up, washing, and delivery of flatwork linens.
- Periodic heavy cleaning – e.g., windows and carpets
- 30 meal credits/month in the Dining Room, selected from a daily menu
- A host or hostess to assure the highest quality of waiter/waitress service
- A “no tipping” policy
- Dietitian services for regular and special needs
- A Private Dining Room for special occasions
- A private, gated community
- Round-the-clock security by staff
- Fire and smoke alarms in all residences and connected to a centralized monitoring panel
- Security checks of your home when you travel and daily, upon request
- Back-up power system for emergency Health Center and common areas
- Medicare certified
- 90 days of health care included in membership fee
- A significantly reduced cost for health care facility services after 90 days and for as long as required
- Emergency call system in every home monitored 24 hours a day
- Structured Wellness Programs, scheduled exercise and fitness classes, and a health club for individual use
- Periodic blood pressure screening and cholesterol checks, upon request
- Physician referral service
- Emergency nursing care
- Participation in The Cypress health care programs.
- Home Health Care
- Assistance with Medicare and private health insurance claim filing (minimal fee)
- Monthy Fees for Apartments start at $2,003 for a one bedroom and $2,229 for two bedrooms.
- Villas start at $2,160 for one bedroom and $2,787 for two bedrooms.
- Cottages start at $3,289 for two bedrooms and $3,652 for three bedrooms.
- Second Person Fee is $1,126 for all models.
