The cottages are elegant two-bedroom and two-bedroom/Carolina Room homes with garages.  Some overlook fairways and lagoons while others have sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway.  Eight floor plans allow you to select the style that suits you best.  Highlights include fireplaces, plenty of storage, exceptional interior design and low-maintenance stucco exteriors.  Most cottages have 2-car garages and all interior and exterior maintenance is taken care of by The Cypress.
